Warp tracking

In short

Warp shipments cannot be looked up by PRO or BOL on a public page: Warp’s consignee tracking page is keyed by a share link the carrier generates. The reliable route is Warp’s REST API with your own API key, which M³ Tracker uses, so the integration is enabled per account on request and covers the loads booked under your Warp account.

Warp is a technology-first freight network that moves LTL and middle-mile loads across the United States through a mix of carriers and cross-docks. It tracks shipments for the account that booked them, through an API secured by a per-customer key. M³ Tracker connects with your key, so Warp loads appear next to every other carrier in your dashboard.

How do you track a Warp shipment?

  1. Find the carrier reference on the bill of lading or the pickup confirmation. You need your Warp reference or BOL number.
  2. Warp has no online tracking, so call or email dispatch with the reference and ask for the current status.
  3. Repeat for every load, every day, for every carrier you book with — or let M³ Tracker do it.

How does M³ Tracker track Warp automatically?

M³ Tracker’s Warp integration is built and is enabled per account on request, because Warp only exposes tracking data to credentialed or verified accounts. Until it is switched on for your workspace, Warp loads are tracked through email status requests, so nothing falls through.

What do Warp statuses mean?

Warp statuses are mapped to M³ Tracker’s own buckets (booked, picked up, in transit, delivered, plus delayed and cancelled when reported), so your dashboard reads the same across carriers. A load is only marked delivered on an explicit delivery status, never on “arrived at terminal”.

Frequently asked questions

Does M³ Tracker track Warp shipments automatically?

The Warp integration is built and is enabled per account on request. Until it is switched on for your workspace, Warp loads are tracked through email status requests.

Which number do I need to track a Warp shipment?

You need your Warp reference or BOL number.

Can I track a Warp shipment by PRO on Warp’s website?

No. Warp’s public tracking page is opened with a share link the carrier generates, not with a PRO or BOL. By-reference tracking goes through Warp’s API, which is what M³ Tracker uses.

Does M³ Tracker need my Warp API key?

Yes. Warp only returns the shipments booked under the account that owns the key, so M³ Tracker connects with your key and tracks your Warp loads automatically once the integration is enabled.

How often is a Warp status updated in M³ Tracker?

Once the integration is enabled for your account: on a schedule during business hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern on business days, and on demand with the Refresh button. Before that, as soon as the carrier answers an email status request.
